troubleshooting
The system performs self-tests and checks the accessories connected to it, all the time. When a fault occurs, a red 'Fault' light starts flashing, the keyboard displays a fault description on the bottom line, the fault is recorded in memory with time and date, and the system can respond by reporting Alarm Reporting Centre, dialing phones, activating external accessories and more.

Why the time is not set
Appears following a prolonged power failure during which the backup battery was completely discharged
Set the time
Enter master code and proceed according to the instructions below
Low battery
Occurs after a prolonged power failure or when the battery is outdated. If the fault lasts more than one day, or there was no previous power failure, call a service technician.
Mains voltage fault
Appears during a power failure.
If there was no power outage, call a technician immediately
Telephone line fault
If the fault persists, call a service technician.
